About Laird Law Group

Gregory W. Laird, J.D., a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, who is widely experienced in personal injury and criminal defense. He has twice obtained appellate victories which resulted in his client being moved off death row and thereby saved from execution. Additionally, Greg spent three years as a Tulsa County public defender and has handled all types of litigation cases for over twenty-five years. His newest challenge is confronting the complicated and novel issues inherent in Indian Gaming Law as attorney for the Osage Casinos. His commitment to Oklahoma people and businesses is lifelong. Greg has successfully represented thousands of criminal defense clients and garnered million-dollar personal injury verdicts and settlements for numerous clients. 

In his free time, Greg enjoys spending time with his children, watching the Chicago Cubs and attending University of Oklahoma football games.

Erin was born in Blythe, California and raised in Pryor, Oklahoma.  She attended Oklahoma State University and transferred to Northeastern State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. In 2005, Erin graduated from Rogers State University with an Associates Degree in Applied Science Paralegal.  Since launching her career as a paralegal in 2005, Erin has gained extensive experience in multiple areas of law, which provides her a fresh vision for Laird Law Group.  She is ardent about her work as a paralegal and enjoys her roles throughout litigation.  Erin has assisted/presented at multiple jury and non-jury trials. Erin is well versed in state and federal rules of procedure and her attention to detail is beyond reproach. Law can be intimidating. As our paralegal and office manager, Erin will work directly with you to make sure you get the services you need.

In her free time, Erin enjoys traveling with her husband, working out and going to all her children’s activities.
